By accessing or using VisioMuse, operated by Operational Excellence Advisors ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. VisioMuse is an AI-powered creative studio that provides tools for image generation, image editing, virtual try-on, signature creation, quote generation, image animation, and related creative services. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use VisioMuse to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real individuals
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Produce content involving minors in any sexual or inappropriate context
• Attempt to circumvent content safety filters or age verification systems
• Use the service for commercial spam or bulk content generation for deceptive purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service

5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of images and content you upload to VisioMuse. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated Content: AI-generated content created using our service is provided to you for personal and commercial use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. We make no warranties about the uniqueness or intellectual property status of generated content.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be imperfect, inaccurate, or unexpected. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately. Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Age Verification for Mature Content

Certain features of VisioMuse require age verification confirming you are 18 years of age or older. By completing age verification, you certify that you are of legal age to access mature content in your jurisdiction. Providing false age information is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

The VisioMuse platform, including its design, code, branding, and non-user-generated content, is the property of Operational Excellence Advisors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operational Excellence Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. AI generation features depend on third-party providers and may be subject to their availability and rate limits.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
